What exactly does it take to "make sure our data model
supports graphic designers"???Maybe just have a reasonable explanation how this role
would be added to the system if needed?

A graphic designer is someone who will be generating HTML code, but would not know much about programming. You can assume that they know how to use adp tags ...<%= [proc_for_something]%>... and adp registered tags <some_adp_registered_tag> ... </some_adp_registered_tag>. They will also generate graphics (gifs, jpgs).
