ad_partner_generic_header

one of the documented procedures in this installation of the ACS
Usage:
ad_partner_generic_header   { page_title "" }   { extra_stuff_for_document_head "" }
What it does:
writes HEAD, TITLE, and BODY tags to start off pages in a consistent fashion
Defined in: /web/philip/tcl/ad-partner-defs.tcl
